Delivery
Normal delivery times are 1-2 weeks within the UK or 3 - 5 weeks outside the UK. These are in no means guaranteed delivery schedules.
If we are experiencing a delay with your order, we will let you know.
Shipping within the UK costs are charged by weight, the minimum being 0.5 kg Costs are staggered in 500g /0.5kg segments up to 2kg. We can only deliver packages up to 2kg to Europe and Rest of World, any orders above 2kg will need to be split and will need seperate orders. Sorry but we cannot ship any item weighing more than 2kg outside of the UK. Please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure that the item that you are ordering will be accepted by customs and that you are responsible for paying any local taxes associated with its import (we will not ship swords, knives or lighters outside of the UK). There is a minimum order value of £20 applicable to each order (excluding shipping costs). Payment is only accepted in UK £s, no other currencies are accepted.
Items/Orders over 2kg for Uk delivery will be charged using 2kg segments up to 10kg, the next segment is up to 20kg. A 99p handling charge for all orders is added to each order, this covers packaging, ad-hoc transport and payment processing costs. Please note that some items will attract higher shipping rates, this is due to the dimensions of the item rather than weight.

We can not make any guarantees as to delivery dates unless you purchase a delivery method that guarantees a delivery time - the methods listed on the site do not guarantee delivery dates. Upon request we can issue you with a quote for a shipping method that guarantees delivery dates however this is normally very expensive and the cost would be borne by you.
We do not accept liability for delays with caused by Customs, so please be sure that your item will be accepted before ordering. A returned item will automatically incur a 20% order cancellation fee as per our guidelines on Cancellation.
We encourage you to leave a little review of the product upon receipt, which serves a dual purpose. Firstly it allows us to monitor the effectivness of the shipping carriers we use and it also helps future customers in their decision to buy or not to buy.
Returns
Customers within the UK have a statutory "cooling off" period of 7 days, this means that you have 7 days after the receipt of your order (or part order), within which you are allowed to change your mind and return it to us for a full refund of the money you paid for the item, or if you prefer you can exchange for an alternative item without an additional charge for postage. However there are a few conditions. Returned items have to be in a resellable condition. Please enclose all wrappings when returning. All returns must be advised to us first and should be made by recorded delivery/signed for. All returns are returned at cost to the customer.
In addition to UK customers statutory rights we offer this promise to all our customers worldwide. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, be it the wrong size, the colour or material was not as expected or you simply changed your mind you may return the item within 7 days of receipt and exchange it for an alternative choice of item. You will be required to pay a new postage charge on the replacement item as well as for the return itself, shipping costs for exchanges will be at the standard shipping rates for UK customers, variable for customers outside the UK.
Please check the size and condition of your item upon receipt. We ask that customers inform us by email within 7 days of receipt if they wish to return an item. Returned items must be in the post to us within 7 days of their receipt and we need to be advised in advance of your intention for the promise to be kept. Please mark all returns as "UK return" to avoid any problems.
Faulty items
All items are checked before they leave us. If, however, you do receive a faulty item from us you can return it for an exchange or a full refund. Customers outside the EC please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked "UK RETURN" to avoid any customs problems. Any postage costs you incur for the return of a faulty item will be refunded to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you may be charged a percentage of the order as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is currently set at 20% of the goods value.
If your order is delayed beyond the timescale originally quoted to you there will be no charge made if you wish to cancel.
Customers outside the UK may not receive a full refund in their own currency as exchange rates can fluctuate. Refunds are made at the UK price paid. Exchange rate fluctuations can mean that you receive a refund which is less or is greater than the amount you originally paid in your own currency.
